| Corporation executes the SCA to SCP programme for the Scheduled Castes people who are below the poverty line through nationalized banks, for which the Corporation had entered into an agreement with State Level Bankers’ Committee for single window disbursement to the poor Scheduled Castes people spread over the length and breadth of the State. |

The SCA to TSP programme is meant for the Scheduled Tribe people who are below the poverty line and executed through District Magistrate’s office located in each of the districts. Apart from the above, Corporation also executes schemes for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes people who are below double the poverty line by giving loans at nominal rate of interest from Apex Corporations for disbursement to beneficiaries under the schemes of NSFDC, NSTFDC, NSKFDC, etc.
Under this programme subsidy is given to the maximum of Rs. 10,000/- only to the beneficiaries who are below the poverty line. |

Regarding the allocation of SCA to SCP funds and funds received from Apex Corporations the same is distributed to all the district branches on the basis of the Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes population of that district.
This again is sub allotted to Block levels by the district branches on the basis of population of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes people of the blocks, for execution of the schemes. The Corporation’s beneficiaries can be classified sector-wise under the following heads: |
