| Technical Training |

| The Technical Training activities have been found very useful. The performance during the recent years would indicate a positive impact : |

With a given target of holding 18 technical AMSY training courses, 18 numbers of courses have been conducted during the year 2006-07, at the level of the LAMPS, with groups of 40 beneficiaries each. Out of these, 5 were held in Purulia, 5 in Bankura, 5 in Jhargram, 5 in Jalpaiguri, 5 in Suri and 5 in Malda. |

| The technical topics covered in these three-day long trainings were Sal leaf plate making, piggery, goatery, house diary and Babui grass. Each training course was founded @ Rs. 14,700. The resource persons included Prani Bandhus of the ARD Department, Regional and Branch Managers of TDCC, Block Level Extension Officers, etc. Besides, a two-day long AMSY Seminar was held at the TDCC Head Office with representatives of LAMPS to facilitate the proper and enduring implementation of the scheme. |

| 30 numbers of technical training programmers, @ per Region/Branch, are being held throughout the year 2006-07, at the expense of Rs. 14700 each. The total fund involved is Rs. 4,41,000. All 30 training have already been completed (5 in Purulia, 5 in Bankura, 5 in Jhargram, 5 in Suri, 5 in Jalpaiguri and 5 in Malda). |

| Non-Technical Training (2006-2007) |

| (i) |
Awareness Camp |
| |
Under non technical schedules, 19 (nineteen) awareness camp were held at different LAMPS under the ages of WBTDCC Ltd. A total of 6200 members of LAMPS (of which Male 3900 & Female 2300) attended these camps. |

| (ii) |
Leadership Development Course |
| |
During the year 2007-08, 04 training programmes under Leadership Development Course were organized at 4 different centres for Co-operative Management in which 96 Directors, of LAMPS including Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary were imparted training on different aspects pf management of LAMPS. |

Management Development Course |
| |
During the year 2007-08, 3 nos training progradmmes under Management Development Course were held at 3 centres for Co-operative Management. A total of 26 participants (which including Directors
and Employees of LAMPS) under gone this training. |

| (iv) |
Short Terms Course on Accounts |
| |
During the year 2007-08, 1 training programme on accounts was held at 1 Centres for Co-operative Management. A total of 43 Accountants, Managers and Board of Members of LAMPS under gone this training. |

| (v) |
Short Terms Course (S.H.G.) |
| |
During the year 2007-08, 3 nos. of Short Terms Course (S.H.G) training course of SHG held at Centres for Co-operative Management. A total of 96 SHG Members were trained under this course. |

| A sum of Rs. 2,87,720.00 was incurred for the aforesaid non technical training programmes. (2007-2008). |
